Refund policy

30-Night Trial

Sleep on your NuchaRest pillow for up to 30 nights from the day it's delivered. If it's not right for you, email us at support@nucharest.com with your order number and we'll issue a full refund. You don't need to send the pillow back.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email support@nucharest.com as soon as possible with your order number.
