Free US Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders are delivered in 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us at support@nucharest.com and we'll help you right away.
